Mission

SARP places the arts and cultural sector at the core of Sicily's future, fostering cultural exchange and promoting mutual understanding across borders. By investing in creative industries, SARP aims to elevate excellence and nurture Sicily's emerging creative cluster.
Each year, SARP offers residency opportunities for selected artists in Sicily. For the years 2019, 2020, and 2021, Linguaglossa has been chosen as the cultural hub. Artists are invited to Linguaglossa, to the historic Palazzo Previtera, where they can work on their projects and participate in workshops in a dynamic and inspiring environment. The experience in Sicily is both unique and captivating: artists will immerse themselves in a rich cultural history, collaborating with a diverse group of visiting scholars, including art historians, architects, engineers, philosophers, and photographers.

This residency offers artists the chance to join a growing community of creatives, historians, and thinkers, fostering collaboration and exchange.
