KEVIN RAUSCH SEEING THE INVISIBLE

2 - 22 September 2021 Galleria SARP

SARP presents Kevin Rausch’s exhibition Seeing the Invisible, showcasing paintings and sculptures that reflect his residency at Palazzo Previtera. Influenced by avant-garde movements, psychoanalysis, and phenomenology, Rausch’s works explore the metaphysical and the imaginal. His paintings feature free-roaming cats as symbols of a utopian vision of freedom, transcending time and space. In contrast, his sculptures, made from recycled paper, ground the viewer in the present, creating a theatrical world where art and life intertwine. Rausch’s art invites viewers to engage with the unseen, encouraging reflection on the connection between the individual, the eternal, and the imaginal world.
